"This is slightly unfair on what were generally a great couple of journeys but it was difficult to meet up at Heathrow terminal 3 which, as usual, was in chaos. Terminal 3 must be a nightmare to pick up from because of parking/access restrictions. Fortunately we were able to communicate by mobile phone effectively which maybe you could encourage more on your booking site?"
